A survey conducted by the Youth Advisory Council of the Manistee County Community foundation highlighted an enormous need for support for teens and their families. As a result, concerned parents, community members, churches and organizations came together to respond in a real way. The results of this community-wide, collaborative planning became the Armory Youth Project.

Now, the support of the community is needed more than ever. AYP relies almost entirely on donations, volunteers, and community partnerships. The great work of this community coming together has brought us this far, please join us as we continue to serve teens of Manistee County.

See below for more on how you can join our community network!

It has been said it takes a village to raise a child. Thanks for being part of our village.

We desire to collaborate with service organizations to provide volunteers as well as partner with individuals as well.  It is through your support, involvement and ideas that we are able to really provide great services that empower local students.

Email us for more information on how you can be involved.

Thank you to the groups of church volunteers who help make this project a reality!
