PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS

The Armory partners with the community to offer adult programs such as walking, strength and yoga, and Jazzercise. All proceeds from adult programs help fund our youth programming.

Community Activity Pass Cards are available for both convenience and savings.

  • 11-Punch Card: $50 (Value $55)

  • 18-Punch Card: $80 (Value $90)

  • 24-Punch Card: $100 (Value $120)

  • 28-time Pass for $2 activities (like walking the gym): $50 (Value $56)

  • Community Activity Pass Cards are good for one year from the issue date.

New to the Armory!

Instructor Erryn is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. Join her Tuesday evenings beginning September 21 2021. The first two classes are free, $5 per class beginning October 5.

Jazzercise

Join us for Jazzercise twice a week and get your heart pumping. We recommend flexible, fitted clothing and supportive cross-trainers or athletic shoes.

Strength & Strong Class

9 am Tuesdays & Thursdays

Full body toning combined with intervals of cardio. 

All fitness levels welcome!

Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required. Register online or in person. In-person hours for pre-registration at the Armory is available Mon-Thurs 10-2 pm.

Cost is $5/class

Yoga

10am Tuesdays & Thursdays

Basic foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body.
