Volleyball
Kicking off on Wednesday, February 7, join us every Wednesday and Friday for an exciting game of volleyball during Open Gym! 🏐✨ Don't miss out on a smashing good time - see you there!
Open to students in grades 6-12. You can walk in for this program, only AYP General Registration is required.
Prom Boutique
April 2-30, 2024
Prom Boutique appointment start times are available between 3:00-4:00 pm on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and between 1:00-1:30 pm on Saturdays. Please make appointments 24 hours ahead of time.
Appointments are required and must be made 24 hours in advance. Open to students in grades 6-12.
Empower
Fridays, 3:30-5:00 PM
Join Jackie each Friday and spend 30 minutes learning innovative ways to exercise, 30 minutes creating a healthy snack, and 30 minutes of discussion, activities, and games to learn about character strengths, communication skills, leadership skills, and more!

Raising Writers
Check back this fall!
Local poet Lauren K. Carlson is partnering with the National Writer Series to offer creative writing classes for middle and high school students.
Students are welcome to attend one or two days a week. Two days a week will provide more time for editing and feedback from the instructor. Workshops are offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays for four weeks. Both days are for any level of writer.

Summer Camps
Open Gym

Come shoot some hoops or play some soccer or volleyball at the Armory!

Spring (Garden) Cleaning
Tuesday, May 21st
3:30 pm - 5 pm
Members of Spirit of the Woods Garden Club will work with youth to prepare the raised bed gardens for planting. Tasks include removing plant debris, rototilling, and applying compost. These raised beds are used to grow produce for AYP cooking classes and to donate to food pantries in Manistee County.
